Booths

Fighting Bob Fest VII will again have exhibitor space available for approximately 50 organizations/causes. Booth space may be used to distribute literature and educate fest-goers about your organization or cause. Exhibition space is one 8’ x 2.5’ foot table and two folding chairs located in the Commercial Building at the Sauk County Fairgrounds on the day on the fest.

How to Reserve a Booth

Booth exhibitor space for this year has been filled.  Thanks to all of you for registering for this year's event.  We are so proud to exhibit so many wonderful grassroots organizations from Wisconsin.  

Set Up.

No tables may be set up on the day of the fest, unless you have received a confirmation of check receipt from Fighting Bob Fest. Those exhibitors not complying will be asked to immediately remove their tables.  Confirmed exhibitors will receive additional set-up information in late August.

Other Stipulations.

Book sales are not allowed at individual booths. All book sales should be arranged through the Rainbow Bookstore Cooperative.

No food, baked goods, or beverages can be sold or distributed from organization booths in and around the Commercial Building.

Limited electricity and wall space is available. Please indicate on your booth application form if these options will be necessary. Electricity and wall space will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Fighting Bob Fest does not supply extension cords for exhibitors.

Fighting Bob Fest reserves the right to refuse booth space at its discretion.

Fighting Bob Fest is not responsible for any lost or stolen materials. For security reasons, we recommend that you staff your table at all times.

Cancellation Policy.

Refunds less a $20.00 processing fee will be provided as long as the cancellation takes place before August 15, 2008. After August 15th, no refunds will be given.
